Frequently Asked Questions
What Properties And Media Are Eligible?
Properties: Single-family homes, condos, townhomes, TICs, and 1–4-unit residential properties with an active, signed listing agreement are eligible. Eligibility also depends on the applicant, ownership type, and state.
Media: All NREP listing services are eligible for Pay at Close. This page submits your selected NREP invoice balance for the listed property. Funds cannot cover unrelated properties.
Land, commercial properties, short- and long-term rentals, and mixed-use properties are not eligible under Titus’s published guidance.
Limited Exception: Manufactured/mobile-home financing is available for agents using a photographer, with a $2,500 loan cap. Confirm the details with Titus before applying.

Who Can Apply?
Eligible real estate agents and homeowners can apply. Titus checks the applicant, property, signed listing agreement, and state availability. A listed invoice or rate estimate does not guarantee approval.
What Does It Cost?
Your fee depends on Titus’s offer and applicable state rules. See Estimated Rates provides a preview; your exact financing costs and repayment terms are shown by Titus before you accept. An estimate is not a final offer.
Will Applying Affect My Credit?
Titus states that applying uses a soft credit check and does not affect your credit score. Missing repayment or defaulting can affect your credit. Review Titus’s disclosures when applying.
When And How Do I Repay Titus?
Titus’s published terms make repayment due at the earliest of the property selling, the listing being canceled or withdrawn, or six months after the first disbursement. Your loan agreement controls your deadlines.
For repayment through closing, provide your closing team’s information in your Titus account. Titus supplies the payoff details. You can also arrange repayment directly through Titus.
What If The Property Does Not Sell?
The loan still has a repayment deadline. You are responsible for repaying Titus even if the sale does not close. Ask Titus about available repayment options and any additional costs before your payment is due.
Can I Combine Invoices Or Properties?
You can select multiple unpaid invoices shown for this property and send their combined balance to one Titus checkout. Invoices for different property addresses need separate checkouts; Titus funds cannot be used for another property.
Can I Change My Invoice Selection?
While your checkout is still awaiting payment, use Exit in Titus, then Start Over on the NREP return page. This cancels the unfinished checkout and lets you choose invoices again. A processing or completed payment cannot be restarted this way.
